Infants and small children are uniquely susceptible to acute upper air way obstructions as a consequence of several anatomic and physiologic factors. But the management of these diseases continues to create controversy.
So the author reviews clinical features and management of acute upper air way disorder especially emphasis on croup and epiglottitis.
